Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Flat Rate Shipping: We currently offer free flat rate shipping to the USA.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@moroccancultur.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers have restrictions on deliveries to P.O. Boxes. If applicable, you will be notified during checkout or by the carrier directly.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@moroccancultur.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review each case individually and work towards a satisfactory solution.
